Paul is an experienced litigator with a focused practice on Injury Defence Claims, as well as Injury Coverage Issues. Paul also has extensive experience in Personal Injury Litigation and in dealing with International Transport, Shipping and Admiralty Law. Paul obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2004. Paul has appeared and tried numerous cases before the British Columbia Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court and the Federal Court. Paul recently returned to his hometown of Ottawa to continue his Insurance practice across Ontario. Paul joins BOS LAW as a senior associate in our Insurance and Commercial Litigation boutique practice.
