Please be advised that we remain fully operational and are taking every step necessary to provide you with the quality legal services for which you know us for, with minimal disruption.
We have implemented a program that incorporates the ability of all staff members to work remotely. Our professional staff has always had the ability to work from anywhere through the use of laptops properly protected for privacy and confidentiality and due to the fact that we have a paperless policy. Our staff have actively participated in video conferencing in the past and they will continue, where possible, to do so. We have redirected all communications, including faxes and voicemail, to our individual employees and as such, any communications coming into the office will go directly to the individual. We have in place, the proper program to send secure documents to clients to properly protect confidentiality and privacy requirements. We do have a skeleton staff attending at the office to ensure that any courier or mail communications are addressed.
We advise that court reporting offices have temporarily closed thus necessitating postponing discoveries and mediations. We attach a local directive received from the Superior Court which cancels all non-essential court hearings. We do note that the filing office will remain open so we will remain vigilant about any limitations which may affect your case.
We will continue to provide you with the same quality, professional legal advice. We will also keep you advised of any changes in our operations should they become necessary due to this continuously evolving situation.
